DURACOOL Refrigerants Inc. of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, hereby Guarantee DURACOOL 12aŽ to be ozone-safe and to perform as an efficient refrigerant in automotive, commercial, and industrial air conditioning and refrigeration systems designed for CFC-R12 and HFC-R134a, when used and installed in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. DURACOOL 12aŽ contains natural, mineral friction fighters that will prolong system life and enhance performance of the system. DURACOOL 12aŽ is guaranteed not to harm air conditioning components or any related mechanical equipment if DURACOOL 12aŽ is used and installed in accordance with DURACOOL Refrigerants Inc. directions. Should damage occur to such components or equipment that is found and determined by DURACOOL Refrigerants Inc. to be caused by DURACOOL 12aŽ, then DURACOOL Refrigerants Inc. will pay for the cost of repair or replacement of such component or equipment. The remedies of repair or replacement set forth in this Guarantee are the only remedies provided by DURACOOL Refrigerants Inc. In no event shall DURACOOL Refrigerants Inc. be held liable for any general, incidental or consequential damages, including without limitation, loss of profits or goodwill, loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience or commercial loss. Failure to adhere to and follow DURACOOL Refrigerants Inc. directions, or the recycling of DURACOOL 12aŽ, or its use in any unauthorized or illegal manner will automatically void this Guarantee.
